□ Introduction
□The LCW1-35(W)current transformer is a kind of outdoor electrical equipments with the performance of multiturn,oil-immersed and porcelain insulating. It is used for measuring the current and electric energy,making the relay protection in the electrical systems with rted voltage 35kV,rated frequency AC
50Hz.
□The body of transformer is in the porcelain box which is flled with transformer oil.The coil is"figure eight"-type.The lower half of"figure eight"is coiled around the secondary coil in the annular core which is made of bending bartype silicon steel strip,and the upper half is primary coil.
□The body and porcelain box are mounted on the round base.The round base is made ofsteels and has 4 mounting holes.The oil storage tank is on the top of the porcelain box,and it uses mechanical means to realize connections betweenthe porcelain box and the il storage tank,the porcelain box and the base.The joints are sealed by rubber inserts which have excellent performances of fat resistance and flexibilty.The oil storage tank has anoll meter, an ituses red lacquer to indicate the ambient temperature and oilaltitude.It uses ai flue on the cover of oilstorage tank to protect the equipment,and the airflue will open automatically when the internal pressure of the transformer is exceeding.There s the outlet of primary coil on the ektexine ofthe oil storage tank,and it marks P1 to indicate the beginning of the primary coil while P2 indicates the ending of the primary coil.Porcelain bushing is used to
insolate the outlet P1 from the oilstorage tank.And outlet P2 connects with the oil storage tank directly.
□The outlets of secondary coils is marked S1 and S2.When the primary current is flowing to P2,the secondarycurrent flows from S1 to S2 through the secondary load.
□It uses a fuel drain plug under the base for the use of draining the transformer oil and obtaining the oil sample.There are four stationaryrings and earthing bolts for the use of suspending the transformer.
