Outdoor high voltage AC disconnector
口Meaning of type
□Introduction
□The disconnector has horizontal opened three-strut structure,it consist of base,post insulator,conductive system,ground switch(except without earthing) and drive system.The main blade matches with CJ6 dynamoelectric operating mechanism,and the earthing blade matches with CS9 manual operating mechanism.
□The base is welded by channel steel and steel plate.There are two support saddles and one shaft block on the channel steel,the support saddles have sling stav tunable structure for continuous adjustment for the height of the post insulator to make sure the contact fingers connect in an optimumposition. The bearing base is mounting in the middle of the channel steel,and the dynamic tactile rod can be driven to realize switching-on/off operation when the main shaft is turned.The bearlng base of the disconnector has totally-enclosed structure,it can prevent the dust,humidity and deleterious gas come into the inner of the bearing which could cause the block phenomenon.The ball thrust bearing and annular ball bearing is mounted in the bearing base for bearing the weight and the horizontal component to make sure that the operating force moment will not increase when the disconnector is running long.It uses stainless steel shaft pin and self lubricating sleeve pipe,and the lubricant is molybdenum disulphide lithium grease.
□The kinematic link and interlocking plate is mounted in the channel steel.The mounting plate is welded under the channel steel for fixing with the foundation.The base.divides into without earthing,single earthing and double earthing.The single earthing and double earthing base matches with ground switch support saddle,and the ground switcn is on the suoport saddle.
□The upper of the post insulator consists of conductive knife switch and static contact.The conductive knife switch is made up of two copper pipes Columniform contact is welded in the ends.The static contact is finger-type multipoint attachment form.The static contact deflects for certain angle under the effect of the offsetting sprnng to make sure it is convenient to be switched-on/off.
