□ Meaning of type

□Introduction

□The LW36-55/3150-31.5 self-extinction AC circuit breaker which is outdoortype finds its universal range of aplicationsforthe aloctrical system with elevation not greater than2000m,ambient temperature not lower than-30℃,ditiness grade not higher than IV,alternating curent 50Hzand the nominal voltage 55KV.Itis used forcuting the rated current,malfunction current or switching the circuitry,to control and protect the electrical system,andit can also be used for connecting with the circuit breaker.

□The gas of the SF6 is employed as the arc-extinguishing medium and the dielectric material.The self-extinction technology and the new-type spring operating mechanism are introduced in the SF6circuit breaker.Thus the circui breaker has good qualities with longelectrical life,low operation power, lower noise,high reliability,simple structure,small and long overhaul periods.It is the main equipment for controlling and protecting the electro cicuit in railway substation.

□This product can be designed to share the bracket with transformers.

□Characteristic of structure

□The breaker introduces the thre-phase porcelain-pole with single interupter structure.A spring operating mechanism is supliad and the mechanical action of the three-phase is nner connected.The gas of the SF6 is connected in the three-phase pole parts.A density controller with temperature compensation is used to monito the gas of the SF6.Because of the self-extinction arc control principle and optimized design,itimproves theficiency of mechanism and reduces the operating power.

□Excellent breaking performance and long electrical life.

□The metal frame and the support of the circuit breaker are bended with a whole deep steel plate.The hot galvanizing is used fo the surface treatments The high strength stainless steol and aluminum are used for the fasteners and the three-phase transmission shaf respectively.The surface of structura boxis made by stainless steel;the corrosion resistance of the mechanism is improved efficiently.

□High mechanism realiability and can be operated frequently.

□Because of the high insulation intensity and excellent contact movement,the breaking capacity current will not be re-burn.
