ZCW10-40.5

The ZCW10-40.5 is a compact integrated outdoor SF6 combined switchgear developed for 40.5kV medium and high voltage power transmission and distribution systems. Complying with IEC 62271 series international standards and GB national standards, this all-in-one high voltage switchgear integrates circuit breaker, disconnector, earthing switch and insulator into a compact unit, widely used in urban compact substations, industrial power distribution systems, new energy power stations and rural power grid upgrading projects.
Adopting high-purity SF6 gas as insulation and arc-extinguishing medium, the ZCW10-40.5 combined switchgear applies mature self-energy arc extinguishing technology. It features excellent dielectric insulation performance and reliable short-circuit breaking capacity, capable of quickly isolating overload and short-circuit faults in 40.5kV power grids. The stable arc-quenching system ensures repeated full-capacity breaking operations without performance attenuation, guaranteeing long-term safe and stable power system operation.
Equipped with a high-precision spring operating mechanism, this 40.5kV SF6 switchgear delivers accurate, consistent closing and opening actions with ultra-low mechanical failure rate. The overall fully sealed structure adopts multi-layer anti-corrosion, waterproof, dust-proof and salt spray resistant treatment. It adapts to various complex outdoor working conditions, including high altitude, low temperature, coastal humid and corrosive environments, achieving all-weather stable operation with minimal daily maintenance.

Meaning of type

□ Introduce

□Z CW10-40.5L-type open-type combination of electrical appliances is the use of air as the outer insulation SF6 gas as the interrupter medium complete sets of electrical appliances.For three-phase AC72.5KV power transmission and distribution system control and protection can also be used to contact the circuit breaker and opening and closing capacitor group of occasions.Suitable for land tension city substation,enterprise substation,

mountain substation.

Characteristic of structure

The breaker has the characteristics of small,outdoor type and with the console pot structure.It can match with CT35 spring operation mechanism.The spring operation mechanism associates with the main body,so the installation and debugging are convenient.Also it can be operated frequently and the mechanical life is not less than 10000 times.

□The breaker uses pneumatic arc-extinguishing chamber,so the breaking performance is excellent.The 40kA accumulative breaking times can reach to 12.

□The seal performance is reliable.The breaker uses imported sealed rubber insert.The dynamic seal uses structure of V shape grommet with spring pressure. The secondary terminal block is offered by the manufacturer as a set with the breaker to make sure that the annual leak rate of SF6<0.5%.

The iron core of the inner current transformeris made of materials with the performance of crystallite(alloy)high conduction magnetic.So the accuracy class can reach up to 0.2 or0.2S.12 pieces of current transformers can be used inside as the clients'requirement.And it will not re-burn when switch zero load for 50kms
