The LW36-40.5 is a professional outdoor high-voltage SF6 circuit breaker designed for 40.5kV (35kV level) power transmission and distribution systems. Overview
LW36-40.5(W)/T2000-31.5 outdoor sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an electrical device in the AC 50Hz three-phase power system. It is suitable for control and protection in the power system with a rated voltage of 40.5 kV. The internal or external current transformer can be used for measurement and protection.
Structural features
LW36-40.5 type sulfur hexafluoride circuit breaker is an outdoor porcelain bottle pillar structure, equipped with a CT35 type spring operating mechanism. The mechanism and the body are arranged in a "T" shape. The whole machine is small in size, light in weight, simple in structure, small in operation work, and easy to install and debug. The mechanical life is 10,000 times, suitable for frequent operation;
Adopting compressed air arc extinguishing chamber, the breaking performance is excellent, and the electrical life is up to 20 times;
The sealing performance is reliable, the static seal adopts the "O" type sealing ring structure, and the dynamic seal adopts the "V" type sealing ring with spring pressure compensation structure. The secondary terminal board of the transformer is produced by pressure injection technology, with strong anti-aging performance, ensuring an annual leakage rate of ≤0.5%;
The mounting frame and support are made of integral steel plates, using high-strength standard parts and high mechanical reliability;
The metering-grade iron core of the internal or external current transformer is made of microcrystalline alloy high magnetic conductivity material, and the accuracy level can reach 0.2 or 0.2S. Each phase of the product can be equipped with 2 to 4 current transformers.
